About Segnosaurus

Segnosaurus is a genus of herbivorous ceratopsian dinosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous period, around 70 million years ago. It was a small, bipedal dinosaur, about the size of a turkey, with a short, triangular head and a long, thin beak. It had a short neck and a long, slender tail. Its body was covered in small, bony plates and spines. Segnosaurus is known from a single specimen found in Inner Mongolia, China. It is thought to have been a fast runner, and may have used its bony armor as protection against predators.
