About Suchomimus

Suchomimus was a large, carnivorous dinosaur that lived during the late Cretaceous period, around 110 million years ago. It was a member of the group known as theropods, which included all of the carnivorous dinosaurs. Suchomimus was characterized by its long, narrow snout and jaws filled with long, sharp teeth. It also had long, thin arms and legs, as well as a long, slender tail. Some of its most distinctive features were the large, curved claws on its hands and feet, which it likely used to catch and kill its prey. Suchomimus was a relatively large dinosaur, with an estimated length of around 30 feet (9 meters) and a weight of around 4 tons. It lived in what is now Africa and is known from fossil remains found in Niger and Morocco.
