Scutellosaurus

Scutellosaurus is a small, herbivorous dinosaur that lived during the early Jurassic period, around 190 million years ago. It was a member of the family of armored dinosaurs known as thyreophorans, and it is known for its distinctive rows of triangular plates that ran down its spine and tail. These plates were probably used for defense against predators. Scutellosaurus was a bipedal animal, meaning it walked on two legs, and it had a long, pointed head with small, sharp teeth. It was about the size of a small dog, and it probably lived in dry, open environments.
