About Microraptor

Microraptor is a small, four-winged dinosaur that lived during the early Cretaceous period, about 120-125 million years ago. It was a member of the dromaeosaurid family, which also includes Velociraptor. It was a carnivorous dinosaur, but its diet is not well known. It is thought to have eaten small animals such as lizards and mammals, as well as possibly plants and insects.

Microraptor had feathers on its wings, tail, and possibly its body, which were used for flight or display. It was a small dinosaur, with an estimated length of about 1.5 meters (5 feet) and a weight of around 2.5 kilograms (5.5 pounds). Its wingspan was likely around 1.5 meters (5 feet). It had a long, slender snout and teeth that were adapted for slicing through flesh. It also had long, slender legs and feet, which may have been used for climbing trees.
