About Orodromeus

Orodromeus is a small, bird-like dinosaur that lived during the late Cretaceous period, about 76-73 million years ago. It belonged to the group of dinosaurs known as ornithopods, which also included dinosaurs such as Hadrosaurus and Iguanodon. Orodromeus was a relatively small dinosaur, measuring about 2-3 meters (6.5-10 feet) in length and weighing around 20-30 kilograms (45-65 pounds). It had a long, slender neck and a small head with large, forward-facing eyes, which may have helped it to locate prey. It had short, powerful legs and three toes on each foot, which it used to run and hop around on. Orodromeus was likely a herbivorous dinosaur, feeding on plants such as ferns and cycads. It is known from fossil remains found in Montana, USA.
