About Hypsilophodon

Hypsilophodon is a small, herbivorous dinosaur that lived during the Early Cretaceous period, about 125-100 million years ago. It was about 2 meters (6.5 feet) long and weighed around 50 kilograms (110 pounds). It had a small head with large, forward-facing eyes, and a long, slender neck. Its body was covered in small, smooth scales, and it had short, powerful legs with hoofed toes. It probably lived in wooded areas, where it could browse on low-lying plants and shrubs. Hypsilophodon is known from several well-preserved fossils, including complete skeletons and tracks, which have been found in England, China, and other parts of the world.
