Plates in the sunshine
Stegosaurus coloring page
Color a Stegosaurus in “Plates in the sunshine”. A free easy dinosaur coloring page to paint online, download or print. This original scene places Stegosaurus in a prehistoric landscape inspired by the late jurassic.
Color “Plates in the sunshine”
A Stegosaurus with two staggered rows of tall back plates and four tail spikes grazes by low ferns. The scene is designed to make its distinctive shapes easy to explore with color.
Choose broad areas first, then work toward the small details. Try a solid fill for the dinosaur and a dotted or striped pattern for the landscape. You can change every color: this is an artistic reconstruction, and a dinosaur’s appearance cannot always be recovered from fossils.
