Deinonychus coloring page

Color “Feathered footprints”

A feathered Deinonychus with wing-like arms and raised sickle toe claws follows a trail of footprints near ferns. The scene is designed to make its distinctive shapes easy to explore with color.

Choose broad areas first, then work toward the small details. Try a solid fill for the dinosaur and a dotted or striped pattern for the landscape. You can change every color: this is an artistic reconstruction, and a dinosaur’s appearance cannot always be recovered from fossils.
